The villa is 2km far from the nearest beaches of the area (Chrysi Ammos), between two historical monasteries (Monastery of Arsani, Monastery of Arkadi) which are open to the public and close to touristic shops, taverns, restaurants, pharmacy, mini markets (1.5km), 10km far from the centre of Rethymno.
